As the MB Drive JC Career Transition Specialist, Lydia works directly with service managers, shop foremen, and dealership leadership to match graduating technicians with hiring opportunities at Mercedes-Benz dealerships nationwide. She coordinates introductions, interview logistics, and post-placement follow-up so that both the graduate and the dealership have the support they need for a successful start.
